			| These were our first views of the area on the train from Bern. Stunning! |

			| Lake Thun. Mo and I hired bikes for a few hours to better check out the town and stopped here for lunch. People were swimming in it but it was too bloody cold for me. Stunning though huh! |

			| It felt good to be back on a bike! Incidentally, this was my first experience biking on the right hand side of the road. No worries with the backwards road rules but blind corners were very unnerving as I had the irrational fear of something coming towards me head-on hahaha! | | Looking across the river that connects the two lakes on either side of Interlaken, Lake Thun (above) and Lake Brienz . |

			| The geology shown here is typical of the area - flat green valleys surrounded by huge mountains. Very, very pretty! |

			| The main drag through town. Interlaken has a population of about 5,500 and is the main gateway to the mountains and lakes of the region | | Hahaha, even in little Interlaken - terrible! There was a Hooters across the road too - awesome! |
